Our Debut Project

Filmed in Atlanta and produced by Chameleon Multimedia and Renegade Film Productions, the teen horror-comedy short “Sweaty Larry” is set to make its world premiere at the 27th Annual Dances With Films Festival. The screening will take place on Saturday, June 29, at 11:45 p.m. PT at the renowned TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, as part of the “Midnight Shorts 2” program. Written and directed by Vanessa Ionta Wright of Renegade Film Productions and executive produced by Ryan Burton, owner of Chameleon Multimedia, the film is a captivating six-minute ride. It follows three young girls — played by newcomers Sienna Burton and Camryn Bentley, along with Quinn Reames — as they attempt to summon an obscure urban legend rumored to have origins in ancient Arabia. Pre-sale tickets are available for $20 until June 19, after which they will be $24. Tickets can be purchased here.

Meet The Owner

Ryan Burton is owner of Chameleon Multimedia. His eight-year radio career as a host/announcer began at McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, where he hosted a radio show and met the head of Spectacle Entertainment, Barry Garber. Ryan was a member of the band I.C. RED while growing up on the West Island of Montreal, and later held roles in broadcasting sales and management before joining Cumulus Media in the U.S.

Through his association with Garber, who also represented Celine Dion, I.C. RED opened for renowned Canadian rock bands like Glass Tiger and Honeymoon Suite, and shared the stage with international acts such as Joan Jett and The Blackhearts. Ryan’s background paved the way for future endeavors, including founding the fast-growing digital marketing company Leads Near Me in 2016. As CEO, he has helped hundreds of repair shops in 43 states across the U.S. and Canada become successful lead-generating, relationship-building businesses.

In 2023, Ryan created the High Gear Auto Repair Marketing Conference, which inspired him to produce a song and music video, High Gear, developed in collaboration with Will Turpin of the chart-topping band Collective Soul, singer/songwriter Brian Collins and vintage rock ’n’ roll band The Summit.

Ryan currently produces “High Gear Project,” a reality show that features Leads Near Me employees as its cast. He also produces “Leads Near Me TV,” where he interviews repair shop owners at their shops.
